@tiffanylargie: My mom died. On October 7th 2026 she left the earth - unexpectedly and I don’t know how and partially I and trying to understand why. 100% I feel numb. It’s hard to explain this sea of emotions and the pieces that come with it. 2026 was already a rough year and then I thought I was at the end of the tunnel only to find myself near darkness. Her funeral is in two weeks - I haven’t seen her yet. Five days before her death, she finally considered allowing me to come pick her up to drive her to Phoenix. I wanted to show her what I built. I wanted to show her where I put her things in my shop so that the world can see. I wanted to show her the coffee shops, the businesses the brand that I built. In each of my Building buildings, I have a memoir to my mom silently written in things that she is giving me over my business journey to help me feel strong. And to remind me that I can do it. They are placed in front of the customer eye to make sure that thousands of people awake who head into our location see them. I wanted them to see her, I wanted them to see my mom. I wanted her to be seen. I have a sorrow and a pain in me that I can’t explain. A place of lostness. I haven’t seen anyone really talk about her anywhere so I decided that I’ll be the first. Mom. I miss you. I miss you so much. before my time comes I am going to make sure the world knows who you are and that your story is told. All of it. There is so much and I wish I could write more - but I can’t. For myself I needed to mark the moment somewhere in some form that you aren’t here and that I want to find you again and see you and make sure I know this part of my life is real and it’s here and I can’t turn back time.
