@bend_316: James Spader has had an incredible career, but VisionQuest made me wonder what could have happened if he’d taken a different path in Hollywood. Between The Office, voicing Ultron in the MCU, and starring in The Blacklist, he had the perfect opportunity to become an even bigger star during the rise of prestige TV. I’m not saying The Blacklist was a bad move, but I can’t help wondering what kind of roles we missed out on. Hopefully, VisionQuest is the start of seeing more of James Spader doing what he does best. #jamesspader #visionquest #marvel #theblacklist #ultron

CMH504 :

Spader was huge in the 80s. His career “blew up” long before he was Ultron. 😂

Trent :

James Spader is in like 1000 great projects lmfao. They didn’t waste him. That great show you refer to is Boston Legal.

silencio :

He has admitted that he only works when he needs money, or when something interests him. He has taken a lot of time off to be with his kids and be present in their lives. It's refreshing.

Travis O :

I feel like this guy didnt watch the blacklist

King MAB🇦🇴🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 :

user7104200557919 :

Maturing is realizing not all actors WANT to be a huge name. They make their bag and go do what they want. Thats the move

Omega :

ohgodmylifeisamesspleasehelpme :

He legit is super famous wdym

glorious.porpoise :

Some top actors prefer to make a ton of money in a single procedural and stay at that level because it allows them to keep a reasonably private life without all the trappings of super stardom without moving all the time and spending time with family

Adam L :

he made like 50-60M from the Black Liat and will pulling millions a year from residuals....he made his choices and I cant disagree

Orson Wails :

Burn447 :

Spader does exactly how many projects as he wants I think. He did the blacklist for 10 years and carried that show

Kyle Lee332 :

hes also pretty eccentric in moat of the shows hes done like Black List he provided his own wardrobe. Man knows what he likes to wear

Bad™ | HD :

He chose to not do more high budget movies after Stargate. He followed his heart and not money.

J. Hairston :

I’m a trust James Spader knows what he’s doing. He was in all the movies I grew up watching. And we’re still watching him. He looks like he’s having a great career!
