@bearenger: Gut-Supporting Blackberry Gummies 🫐✨Hormone Happy Kitchen Ep. 27 A little sweet treat made with berries, coconut water, honey, and grass-fed gelatin! Here’s what you’ll need: - 1 cup berries, blended and strained (I used frozen and thawed them first) - 1 cup coconut water - 3–4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin - 2 tbsp raw honey Blend and strain your berries, then add the juice and coconut water to a saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom. Gently warm over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in your honey, and pour into gummy molds. Refrigerate until set! The blackberries bring antioxidants, while the gelatin is amazing for helping to repair the gut lining. They’re such a yummy way to switch up your snacks 💜 My gummy guide with 20 homemade gummy recipes is available on my Substack! ✨ #hormonehappykitchen #healthysnacks #homemadegummies
