Very healthy people can handle this but this isn’t a blanket statement. Eating 6 eggs a day means consuming roughly 1,110 to 1,200 milligrams of dietary cholesterol, as a single large egg contains about 186 to 200 milligrams of cholesterol, all of which is located in the yolk. This amount is nearly four times higher than daily dietary cholesterol limits (300 mg).

Over 5 eggs a day doesn’t do much but I still agree you should eat eggs everyday but 6 eggs isn’t really doing much more for you than like 3 eggs
