No, there are few proper Tall sections sold in USA (it’s online though, not in person). It has longer proportions for torso, arms & everything. Gap Tall, Banana Republic Tall, Athleta Tall, Loft Tall, J Crew Tall, American Tall. As someone 5,10.5” I only shop there.

I’m 5”9 and can never find anything that fits properly! Normal stuff is too shoet, “tall” stuff is too long in the leg or the arms and never actually long enough in the right places! Glad it isn’t just me who suffers!
