@cbsmornings: Yulia Spichak had just dropped her 10-year-old son off at an English lesson when she stopped in her favorite park to take a selfie for her younger sister, Alina — but Alina never received the picture. Yulia was one of five people killed in a Russian drone strike in that park, which came six days after Elon Musk’s SpaceX restricted Ukraine’s access to its Starlink satellite network. That network is “essential for the defense of civilians in Ukraine,” Vadym Ivchenko, who sits on the National Security Committee in Ukraine’s parliament, told CBS News’ Aiden Stretch. “The whole world has to know what is happening in Ukraine,” Alina told CBS News. #ukraine #elonmusk #starlink #spacex #russia
