SAA should retire their a340, and replace it with modern narrow body a321xlr for routes like faor to Lagos and fact to Lagos and the Middle Africa and Madagascar 🇲🇬 so in conclusion saa should focus more on building the base by establishing a presence in Africa, with modern a321xlrs which can fly long routes with narrow bodies and then introduce new and modern 787 and a350 for long routes
