California is one of the only states in the union that you can still put full coverage on a salvage vehicle therefore something as simple as a theft recovery or a fender bender they will total out a vehicles for insurance purposes. It’s a mad inconvenience for the rest of the country, but that’s just how they do things in that corrupt state.
