If you had it in a bun there shouldn’t be any problem especially since you’re in afjrotc same as me btw. As one of the higher ups in my core I wouldn’t tell kids to fix their hair if it was in a bun because regs allows braided buns and obviously regular buns lol same as if their hair was at their shoulder blades or too short to be put in a bun but it’s short enough for a low pony or clip which is also in regs. It only gets to be a problem when you obviously have long hair and it’s not up in a bun or clip. 😂😂

Hey, so I’m not sure why you originally got in trouble for you hair, but from this post your hair is out of regs due to length. In accordance with the AFI it can’t go past your shoulder blades and has to be worn behind on your back. This is for ponytails as well. You have beautiful hair though girl
