See this system is horribly flawed. The mom says she’s fine with dropping back child support and just get the right amount going forward. The judge keeps insisting on back support.

The laws should change to say you look for a job and You will be given child support . With the child support she gets paid to a nursery.

Child support is usually unfair the father should be responsible for his part but the financial pressure they put solely on the father in a lot of these cases is just insane.

isnt he also doing by himself? if their coparenting, isn't he doing the same thing, only difference is, in top opinion doing it by himself he has to also give money to her on top of that?
