It's possible that someone could want honesty and just can't handle it once it comes out and then there is someone who needs honesty for confirmation for reasons that are their own...Just saying. But all truth when someone wants honesty, more times than none they will get honesty, harsh or not.

And then theirs the people who think you can’t handle honesty even though you’ve asked multiple times for it. I understand that when I lose it, I get very mean!! And it will be things I can’t take back because it will be facts, not superficial digs. I’m usually pretty good about knowing when I’m gonna lose it and shutting it down. But I’ve even said, if I’m starting to get upset and you don’t like my reaction, TELL ME!! Say “let’s talk when you’ve calmed down” or “I don’t want to talk to you when you’re upset” I know those are “safe words” and I will shut it down!! But then I also need you to give me the space to not talk about the issue, until I’ve said all the mean shit in my head and argued it out with myself, and now I can have a calm and collected conversation with you!! When feelings have settled and I ask people why they won’t just give me the honesty that I’m asking for… it’s usually, I don’t know, I’m afraid of disappointing you or what your reaction might be. This is just one of many conversations I’ve had with someone.

My ex husband is a notorious weaponizer for using the Truth against people... I personally can't stand people who communicate through raising their voice because they like the skills to communicate effectively or don't know how to regulate their own emotions🔥🔥🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
