@ollypersonalfinance: Replying to @drew What is the difference between a Distributing (Dist.) and Accumulating (Acc.) fund? Put simply, a distributing fund pays out the dividends as cash into your account, whereas the accumulating fund reinvests the dividends automatically. I personally don’t think it makes a huge difference, whatever you decide to do. In my opinion it makes sense to receive dividends now as eventually I do want to use them and not reinvest. #dividends #vwrp #vanguard #indexfund #etf
