Do you still do this or only as a beginner to build dexterity? I used to do these a lot at first but not so much anymore. Just wondering if I should be keeping up on it. My play time is very limited even a matter of 5-10 mins takes away half my daily time some days

Do the anchoring thingy on all fingers through the fret board, start over if you do a mistake. Its sick, hurts your brain and fingers.
