Sigh, this again. Here we go: any god or goddess, including Jesus, who requires worship/belief as a condition precedent to avoid eternal suffering is not a god/goddess worthy of worship. In fact, it sounds EXACTLY like a human man, drunk with power, doesn’t it??

When I was in 6th grade in primary school. All the students were ask "Who want to go to confirmation ?". I ask "To confirm what" ? The teacher said "To confirm you believe in God". I answer "No ! I’m good ". Right to the principal office to call my parents whom backed my decision. I was 10.

So when I’m asked this I say “since your god allows people who have unalived people to repent in prison and get in at the last moment, I would assume my being a generally good person all my life would give me a pass too.” And if they counter with actual Bible knowledge and say you have to believe before you are unalived, I say the Bible says you have to believe before you are judged. So I’m sure in that split second when I am faced with some kind of entity who says “I’m going to judge you now” my logical brain would say “sure I believe now. Guess I was wrong.” And boom- into heaven I go! Loophole for the win!
