@wbztv: William Farwell, the twin brother of former Stoughton police officer Matthew Farwell, returned to the witness stand Tuesday in the trial over the death of Sandra Birchmore. William Farwell, who is testifying under a federal immunity agreement, told jurors he had his own sexual relationship with Birchmore. Prosecutors allege Matthew Farwell killed Birchmore and staged her death as a suicide to conceal a years-long relationship that began when she was a teenager. Farwell has pleaded not guilty.
