Democrats are not the country’s permanent cleanup crew. They fix the economy, Republicans come in, wreck it, and vile American voters somehow decide to give them another chance. At this point, I hope those voters get exactly what they voted for. Maybe the consequences will finally teach them something. You cannot keep setting the house on fire and expecting someone else to rebuild it every four years.
