@len_pasion: While a body feint is a very simple and useful technique, it carries inherent risks for the player executing it. By leaning their upper body, a player may lose their own balance, which slows down their subsequent movements—often resulting in a failure to leave the opponent behind and, ultimately, the loss of possession. The "thigh touch"—a move Messi performs instinctively—effectively mitigates this drawback. By placing a hand on his thigh, he prevents a severe loss of balance; simultaneously, he is able to harness the ground's reaction force more efficiently by engaging both his legs and arms. This results in an explosive burst of speed for his next move, creating a gap that allows him to leave his opponent behind.

Control your core too, bro. Messi keeps his body stable, while yours moves awkwardly and looks unbalanced. If you actually do like this, ur vision will shake violently u won’t be able to see anything around in a real football game
