@themysticblossom: What are you afraid will happen if you say no? Will they be disappointed? Think you’re selfish? Stop inviting you? Leave? Think about the last time you wanted to say no but said yes anyway. What did you think would happen if you said how you really felt? Maybe being helpful makes you feel needed. Maybe you worry people won’t want you around unless you keep doing things for them. Does the same fear come up with different people? Start there. You don’t need to figure it all out today. Just notice what keeps coming up. That’s a pattern worth exploring. Next time someone asks you for something, pause for three seconds before answering. Ask yourself: “Do I want to say yes, or am I afraid to say no?” If you need more time, try: “Let me think about it and get back to you.” Send this to someone who always says yes, even when they want to say no. Day 8, 9, 10 & 11 of reprogramming my subconscious to hit 100K followers on TikTok in 30 days. 🧠🤣 I didn't stop creating content or working toward my goal. I just noticed myself pulling away from documenting the challenge once the initial excitement wore off. And I LOVE catching moments like this because they show me where my automatic habits are still taking over. Your subconscious tends to favor what's familiar, and sometimes that means drifting back toward your usual routines even when you're working toward something bigger. The goal is to make the behaviors that support your next level so familiar that you don't need constant excitement to keep doing them. The excitement of setting the goal will eventually wear off. The habits you build are what help you keep going. 100K, here we come. 💅 Day 8, 9, 10 & 11 of reprogramming my subconscious to hit 100K followers on TikTok in 30 days. 🧠 I didn't stop creating content or working toward my goal.
