CONGRATULATIONS TO ME. EIGHT YEARS OF SURVIVAL, SACRIFICE AND GROWTH. ❤️🙏🏾 Today marks exactly eight years since I left home to come to Accra in search of a better life. Eight years since I decided to take my own path, chase my dreams and try to become the man I have always wanted to be. Honestly, this journey hasn’t been easy. I have cried in silence, struggled in ways people may never understand, and done things I never imagined I would have to do just to survive. There were moments when I questioned myself, moments when I felt tired, and moments when the future seemed so far away. I came from a family of thirteen children. My father did what he could, but life taught me early that I would have to fight for my own place in this world. I didn’t have everything handed to me. I had to find my way, learn, fall, rise again and keep moving, even when I had no idea how things would work out. Today, as I reflect on these eight years, tears fill my eyes. Not because I have achieved everything I want, but because I know how far I have come. I know the battles I have fought. I know the sacrifices I have made. And I know the dreams I am still carrying in my heart. Raphael, congratulations, bro. You didn’t give up on yourself. 🥹❤️ You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are not where you started. You are learning, growing, building a name and becoming a man you can be proud of. My journey is not over. I still have dreams to fulfil, mountains to climb and a family to make proud. Most importantly, I want to make my mother proud. I want her to look at me one day and know that all the prayers, sacrifices and hopes she carried for me were not in vain. I promise myself that I will keep going. Not because the journey is easy, but because the dream is worth it. I will keep working, keep learning and keep believing that one day, the life I have prayed for will become my reality. I may have started with little, but I refuse to let my beginning define my ending. Eight years away from home. Eight years of lessons. Eight years of becoming. And this is only the beginning. Congratulations to me, Raphael. I am proud of you, bro. We are getting there. One day at a time, one step at a time. 🙏🏾❤️🥂@Shatta wale #growth #God #resilience #determination ##hardwork
