firstly, congratulations 🎊 ❤️Your therapist is right, all you can do is your best. you will definitely make mistakes, you'll wish you would have done somethings differently, but thats ok! as they get older, pick your battles, and don't compare what's going on in your own home to others. Everyone has different ideas of what and how things should be done, but it doesn't necessarily fit anyone else's family. Listen to advice, smile sweetly then do what is best for your family. Remember to take time as a couple, but when your both tired and feeling insecure, don't take anything personally. its the hardest job you will ever have, but its also the most fun and rewarding ❤️

Aw wow that’s amazing news! Congratulations to you both ❤️my advice is just be you. My son has additional needs and he’s my only child so my journey is slightly different but just be you. You will see your baby for the first time and your life will never be the same. It won’t solve everything but you will feel pure love and joy and buckle up for the sleepless nights. I’m delighted for you both ❤️

Congratulations 😊 I just wanted to ask what your own parents were like and did they suffer with mental health problems? as I know depression etc can be genetic but not always.
