I don’t hate working there. The experience people have good or bad is 100% on management and the vibes of the co workers. Luckily the people I work with I love but mind you I work there part time and for fun, I choose to be there I don’t have to be there. So my experience is different. I love working at ulta beauty

In my personal experience I got myself fired because I was past the point of exhaustion with how poorly everything was managed at district level. We had unrealistic expectations being a store in a small rural college town grouped to other stores in a developed city in a different state with higher wages and overall better economy. The DM would switch, be nice upfront then give us a poor review on the store audits instead of providing coaching opportunities and the same resources as the other stores.
