My water broke at 39 weeks 1 day. I did the miles circuit the week leading up to my labor, walked a lot, and pumped til I saw colostrum the night before my water broke. Idkkk if any of that actually caused my labor or if it was spontaneous🤷♀️I tried everything to get my baby out lol
