@heathdogtrainer: 🐕 Dog pulling on the lead? You’re not failing! Loose lead walking is HARD when the world is full of exciting smells and distractions! Try these 4 simple games. 👇 🐾 1. Follow Me: Start without a lead in a secure area. Change direction and reward your dog for following. 🐾 2. Obstacle Walking: Walk around obstacles together, rewarding your dog for keeping the lead loose. 🐾 3. 1-2-3 Walking: Count aloud as you walk and reward beside your leg on three. Gradually slow your counting. 🐾 4. Catch-Up: Place a treat down, walk a few steps ahead on a slack lead and reward when your dog catches up! 💡 Start somewhere quiet, keep sessions short and remember, sniffing is part of an enjoyable walk too! 📌 SAVE this video and try one game at a time! 🎓 Need more help? I will be trying this, my dog pulls like a train, classes didn’t help, dog walker sometimes takes her and she’s on for her but not me or my daughters

Jeanette :

my slow walking speed is the main issue for my dog pulling. she walks much faster than me, the adult kids she doesnt pull with as much. she is getting better though with me and knows slowly means go slower.
