@cardboardeconomics: 🥊 Chase vs Box, Episode 3: OP-17 vs 30th Celebration 30th has no booster box, so I lined up 4 Booster Bundles against 1 OP-17 box. Same 24 packs. Luffy SP: $13,040 raw. That’s 41 OP-17 boxes. RGB Mew: $4,379 raw. That’s 14 sets of 4 bundles. ⚠️ To be clear, this isn’t me telling you to rip One Piece. Mapping is real, I did a whole video on it. Do I think most boxes are mapped? No. But if you’re ripping, I recommend you rip from a case or seller you trust. 📦🧮 Here’s why I’m pointing it out, from the sealed side: A chase worth 41 boxes is a lottery ticket people can’t resist. Mapped or not, people will keep buying and ripping OP-17 boxes chasing that Luffy. Every box that gets opened is one less sealed box on the market. Rippers chasing grails shrink the sealed supply, and that’s what pushes sealed prices up over time. ‼️ Both just came out (Aug 28 and Sept 16). Prices will swing while supply keeps changing, so don’t read too much into these yet. Which one are you buying? 👇 📊 PriceCharting sold averages, Oct 27. Data, not a call.
