I’m going to be honest, going from 1-2 kids was a cake walk. 2-3….baaaaabyyyyy that was a doozy lol 😂

You really do just figure it out! Definitely have a bouncer/play mat/swing where baby can safely be while you tend to your toddler. And just know you WILL find pockets of alone time to chill for a few minutes. It’s trickier but you’ll get it down 🥰

Pregnant with a toddler is WAY worse than a toddler and a newborn LOLL! My toddler is roughhh so we have to tell her to be gentle, but she loves the baby so much. You will have time to spend with each child. I was an emotional wreck right before having my second & it’s been so good. It will come natural, moms never stop either way! 🩷🩷

Skyler and Isaac are 23 months apart. It has been so much fun! I just wasn’t able to take as many naps with Skyler 🤪🤣

Mom of three here. My first two are 19 months apart then my second and third are 2.5 years apart. I have two pieces of advice as someone who lived it. Do not buy into the whole “2 under 2” thing. It has such a negative connotation and really can set yourself up for failure going into it with that phrase looming over your head. Society likes to make it seem like some daunting age gap that’s never been done before. Going from 1-2 was a BREEZE compared to 0-1 and our second baby was HARD. Include your oldest in as much as possible with the baby like bringing you a clean diaper or helping pick out baby sissy’s outfit, etc. But also prioritize one on one time with just you and him as well. Even if it’s just running to pick up a grocery order or a coffee. That designated alone time is so important. My second piece of advice is to overlap their naps as best as possible. Even if it’s just for 10 minutes, you will be SO thankful for that time to yourself. The other logistics like how to pack for two kids that don’t have the same needs, pumping (I would pump in the car with my wearable pump while on the way to pick the older two up from MDO), etc. You fall into a groove and while it might be chaotic at times, you really do know your babies best and will rock it!

I’m only two weeks in with a 24 month age gap, honestly it’s way better than being pregnant w a toddler and you truly figure it out! Lining up naps was surprisingly easy for us (right now)! You’ll be so great and it’s so much fun! A lot of work, but so fun!!!

I had three under three and I was so overwhelmed. They're 20 and 18 now and how I wish I could go back to 3 under 3! You're living the best days!!!🥰

I feel the same way! I’ve been thinking about this too! Glad I’m not the only one feeling this way. My first is a girl and they’re going to be 18 months apart and I found out I’m having a boy

One thing that I was scared of was having my firstborn feel left out…so we always included him! He helped us bring diapers or wipes or help warm her bottle…we always called her “his baby…” he would help give her the paci…all of that fun stuff.
