@digahernandez: How to Actually Repent

TeacherOfTheLawOfLove :

A believer cannot enjoy sin. The Believer's spirit rejects it. It is not in our nature to enjoy sin. The remorse the believer feels is a result of a repentance heart.

Favour Grace :

Lord, I repent of sin of gluttony. I want to change this pattern.

Child of God 👸🏾✝️ :

everytime I try to pray I could see clear images of lust! images of naked people! worldly music playing Soo loud in my mind! a very loud urge to give in to sin... you see that time you've finished praying and now you're waiting for God to respond! that quiet moment the images came popping up again and again and I had to stop the "waiting" l installed the Bible chat app and through it I've come to understand something... you see, salvation we've been given freely by faith through Jesus but victory over strongholds I earn...I have to fight it using the divine weapons given by GOD that are super powerful that no stronghold can overcome. I said a prayer to God that I may not only know that the weapons I have are powerful but also use them. Am still fighting but am wining....we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us... let's pray for each other as believers

I want to be pleasing in my Heavenly Father 🙏♥️😇 and I have changed my life style. So I stopped getting drunk and using drugs. And summit to his laws and commandments. I am working on being more like Yeshua. I have taken responsibility for my sin and asked for forgiveness and turn away from my old life . Amen 🙏
