@thetimes: Can you tell that I have “ferritin face”? And what exactly is it? I had never thought about my eyebags until about nine months ago. Before then it was wrinkles and facial hair (I have a moustache and beard). But then I got a fringe to forget about the wrinkles — I’m 28 but there’s no denying the fine lines — and gave up with the facial hair (laser doesn’t work, take my word for it). I could have started to live blissfully content with myself. But this age of Instagram perfection doesn’t allow for that. Suddenly, eyebags loomed large. I find myself analysing pictures of myself, present and past, to track any change. Was this area always so indented? Is it just my intermittent insomnia? How bad will it get? I’m not the only one obsessing. This is the week of “ferritin face”, a new term making the rounds on the internet to describe the supposed effects on your appearance of iron deficiency. Washed out, bag-prone, with brittle hair and dry lips? That’s FF for you. #ferritin #iron #eyebags #health #trending
It’s probably just the weather and indoor heating. I mean I have no idea but social media just trends on random stuff all the time.

LindseyinMexico :
Micle is a plant used for making tea and it raises the iron well because it builds the blood, also brown strap molasses , I discovered micle while desperately searching for molasses and am older Mexican lady at the market taught me all about it so I gave up the molasses search and got the dried micle and month later I am much better
