Not a practicing Catholic anymore but it always rubs me the wrong way when Christians from other denominations separate Catholics from the umbrella of “Christians” as if they arent also lumping in a couple dozen denominations in with themselves when they claim to be a Christian. Why are we so much different? 😹

Thats crazy and its also why I think the Protestant label is too broad. I'm Episcopalian and I’m much closer to Catholicism than to my non-denominational evangelical family, yet we're grouped together just for rejecting the Pope. Sociologically, it makes more sense to separate Protestantism into Reformed and Revivalist categories.
