Seasonal depression is so real.

Brandi🖤 :

What an odd coincidence. I stop exercising this time of year.

Mark Smith :

Have you tried adding a UV light to your day? They make lights to help with Seasonal Affected Disorder. It can make a big difference.

Take care of yourself please. I enjoy watching your content but not if it is stressing you out. The holidays are coming and that does a number on a lot of us. So if anything just say hi occasionally to let us know you’re ok.❤️

Post a meal from your freezer series without a voiceover! We can use context clues & you can post without that part of the work lol
