She only knew of their existence through the stories Gothel tell her...it must have been the strangest interaction of her life. People really don’t emphasize the psychological horror of this and I don’t mean in just a abusive way. Like psychosis level. 😭 it would have also been incredibly creepy as hell. Imagine finding out your mother isn’t your mother. I’d never be able to sleep at night again. Not knowing who’s wrong or right… what if these people aren’t even real people and it turns out gothel was right this whole time but she’s gone.
