@theejohnnychang: You think you're thinking, but you're actually listening. When you're alone and your thoughts start racing, the enemy is the one talking. One thought leads to another, about your job and your future, until you're exhausted. That worry is rooted in wanting to control everything. Overthinking is your mind trying to be your savior. Thinking harder won't fix it. Pick up the Word, because the Bible is alive. Hebrews 4:12 says, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
