they close my account without any reason. I don't care but problem is that wise company don't give me my money that was in my account . Everybody be careful You also lose your money if you put in wise account

So @Wise when will your financial team move my remaining balance to my external bank account which I have since provided 2 weeks ago, during my appeal which was rejected?????? I don’t know what sick games you guys are playing with your soon-to-be former clients money!! I no longer care about staying in your app, why are you holding my money to ransom??? Since it will not be possible to provide my verification due to slow bureaucratic reasons. How can your senior customer agent tell me that he doesn’t know, when the money will be move to the bank details I provided. HOW CAN THAT BE!! YOU DONT KNOW, so I should fold my hands and wait till my access to my profile is forever shut down on January 2027????? You lots send sham emails that are contradicting. Therefore, intentionally misleading and restricting our access to move the balance out of the app. GIVE ME MY MONEY
