That’s not quite what I experienced. After the nightmare you mentioned, I felt an incredibly intense sense of euphoria, pure happiness, and a kind of deep understanding. I started reliving memories of my life as I remembered it, almost as if I were living my entire life over and over again. That part was absolutely terrifying, and I prayed to God to make it stop.
Then, suddenly, everything turned into light, and I felt myself moving toward what seemed like a black hole. From that moment on, I didn’t feel any fear or discomfort. Quite the opposite — it was the most incredible feeling I have ever experienced, and even to this day, nothing has ever come close to it. It’s almost impossible to describe just how peaceful and euphoric it felt.
I thought I was heading into that black hole, but just as I was approaching it, I woke up and came back to life. I had been resuscitated after an epileptic seizure, and I was told I had been gone for around eight minutes.
When I woke up, I didn’t even recognize my own family. I was frightened, confused, and had no idea what was happening. It took about half an hour before I gradually started remembering who I was and recognizing the people around me.
It was an extraordinary experience that I still find difficult to explain, and it honestly still scares me to this day when I think about it. But I doubt we experienced exactly the same thing. Whatever happened to me, the feeling of moving toward that black hole after becoming light was unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life.
