Aww hun, I totally understand this is me every month.. just went back to work after two months I was in a flare up the whole time..the not being able to sleep bc pain is so bad is spot on then not being able to sleep just makes the inflammation worse.. its a vicious cycle that seems to never end! It seems to always come back no matter how much they remove for me but I think we should also all be talking about meaning the endo warriors..is how the pain mentally drains you and will get the best of you! Here if you wanna chat hun 🙏
