@wildflour_artisan: Okay, I could watch this melt all day. 🕯️ These whipped butter candles have been my favorite thing to make lately. You light the wick, the butter slowly melts down into a little pool (in your bread if you want!), and you just tear off some warm sourdough and dunk. My tip? Keep one in the freezer for those nights when dinner feels a little blah, or when you've got people coming over and want something easy that looks like you tried really hard. 😉 With the holidays coming, these are going to be on my table for sure.
