Currently based on @h0pe.3 leaks past the HSR collab, Cecilia might be a playable in future versions who was a side character. I think if it is true I would like to play Rain,Crow, Venus and Isolde (Probably a clone from the Misma) in the future if they are now turning NPCS to playable Agents.
