Entire ocean Parkway is covered in tire burnout marks, you can hear cars racing with loud exhaust systems all over south Brooklyn. People constantly pass traffic in the middle median of ocean Parkway and emergency shoulder on belt Parkway,Cars racing on city highways is a common occurrence. No police action at all eversince covid and red light cameras were installed. It's a free for all on the roads these days.
