With the epidural you’re supposed to get turned on your sides every hour so it doesn’t just stay on one side I just found this out on the 8th when I had my son 😣

My epidural l failed me for my son, and i was high risk for having another shoulder dystocia ( think that’s how u spell it ) cause it happened with my daughter and it felt like I was getting the insides ripped out of me
