he is a lucky fellow very fortunate indeed. to change a spigot bearing ci8sting under 500.00 in a vw ehich takes over 2 hours to do labour cost 8,000.00

I don’t know what this world is coming to you buy a part for a car that cost you hardly anything and then you have your labor to put that same part on your car and it cost you thousands of dollars it’s a shame labor cost us so much compared to just the parts you need

No, you charged them correctly. You still had to do the labor to pull the transmission out if he wanted it done cheap he should've just bought the seal and pulled it out his self
