In this important explanation, Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan clarifies the statement of Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab (d. 1206 AH) concerning the foundation of Islam and its essential obligations. The Shaykh explains: 1️⃣ Tawhid: Worshipping Allah alone, without associating any partners with Him. This is the foundation of Islam. 2️⃣ Al-Wala wal-Bara: Showing love and loyalty toward the Muslims and disavowing shirk, kufr, and the enemies of Allah. 3️⃣ Takfir: The obligation of declaring the kuffar to be kuffar and disavowing them, as Allah has commanded. 4️⃣ Love and Hatred for Allah's Sake: The obligation of loving and hating for the sake of Allah, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and those with him. ⚠️ The Shaykh emphasizes that these obligations are essential to the foundation of Islam and cannot be neglected. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ #Islam #Salafi #Tawheed #Aqeedah #Sunnah
