One recent development is that BingX EU has secured a MiCA licence from Austria’s Financial Market Authority (FMA). BingX EU operates through MEGE zweite GmbH and is an independent European branch of BingX. Its authorisation provides a basis for serving 29 EEA countries, subject to applicable requirements.
