@cbsphiladelphia: Bucks County officials announced charges against an alleged serial sexual predator accused of assaulting a woman at a Halloween attraction and other individuals over a three-week span. The alleged assault happened at Lower Southampton Township's "Valley of Fear" Halloween attraction, Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said during a news conference Tuesday afternoon. The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Edward Eisenhard, who has been charged with indecent assault, harassment, strangulation and related offenses. "Unfortunately, there are real monsters in this world," Khan said.
