I've heard that if you turn your car off it won't restart. I delivered newspapers in that area and pass that bridge everyday. I can tell you that I've seen her numerous times.

I have been before years ago. In the middle of the night, during the summer. We didn't see anything, however it hot very cold , in the middle of summer That' was creepy.

My grandmother lived at 100 windswept for over 60 years. She owned 4-5 acres on the mountainside. She always told me that story is completely made up. She only started hearing that story in the 80’s and 90’s.

When I was in high school, a carload of us would drive under the bridge and turn the car off and call her name.

I've been there many times as I am a local. I've always heard there was a fire and she lost her child and if you parked under the bridge your car would turn off and so on. I personally have never seen anything but who's to say right?
