To follow up on the mom groups, I’d be really cautious about due date groups/bump groups as well if you’re anxious and in the first trimester. I ended up having to leave most of the ones i joined because of how many loss posts there were. And as someone with a previous loss I fully get wanting community and encouragement during that time but it definitely ramped up my anxiety to see those every 2-3 posts.
