Viral Tortilla Kebabs ✨🌯 GAME CHANGING when you want an easy dinner! They taste SO good, especially served with a garlic Greek yoghurt dip 🤌🏼😍 Full Recipe👇🏽 Ingredients: 500g beef mince 4–5 large tortilla wraps ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped 1 small red onion, finely chopped 2–3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp tomato purée 1 tbsp olive oil A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp ground cumin Salt and black pepper, to taste For the chilli butter 30g butter, melted ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp chilli flakes, or to taste 1 tsp dried parsley For the garlic yogurt dip 150g Greek yoghurt 1 garlic clove, crushed 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice Salt and black pepper, to taste Method 1. Prepare the beef mixture. Add the beef mince to a bowl with the finely chopped bell pepper, red onion, fresh coriander, crushed garlic, tomato purée, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, turmeric, cumin, salt and black pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined. 2. Prepare the wraps. Cut your tortilla wraps into squares, trimming off the rounded edges. 3. Layer the tortillas. Spread a thin, even layer of the beef mixture over each tortilla square. Stack the layered tortillas on top of one another, then slice the stack into strips or sections. Flip and rearrange the pieces, joining them back together to create the layered kebab shape. 4. Secure and bake. Thread skewers through the assembled tortillas to hold everything together. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan / 220°C conventional for around 20–25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. 5. Make the chilli butter. Mix the melted butter with the smoked paprika, chilli flakes and dried parsley. 6. Brush and finish cooking. Remove the kebabs from the oven and brush generously with the chilli butter. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. 7. Make the garlic yoghurt dip. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper until smooth. Adjust the lemon and seasoning to taste. 8. Serve. Slice into portions and serve hot with the garlic Greek yoghurt dip for dunking. Enjoy! #EasyRecipes #cookwithme #DinnerIdeas #mealinspo #viralrecipe
