@wesh2orlando: A man has been arrested in connection with his wife's disappearance after investigators uncovered evidence suggesting someone tried to make it appear she was still alive, the Volusia Sheriff's Office said. Deputies said Epifanio IX Ramos Gaminde was arrested Monday after a grand jury indicted him on a first-degree murder charge in the 2024 disappearance of Maria Gaminde. Maria's family reported her missing after they had no confirmed contact with her since January 2024. WESH 2's Pamela Comme has the full story at the link above.
