Instead of calling you "loose as a goose," a competent doctor would've been investigating why, too busy asking you questions as part of a differential diagnosis, because skin that loose and elastic is so unusual that it's almost always a hallmark symptom of a handful of connective-tissue medical disorders, like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Marfan syndrome.
