@jeniferlori_: MUMMY BANANA POPS 🍌 A healthy Halloween dessert recipe that's almost too cute to eat! 🤍 FOLLOW for lots more Halloween treat recipes all week long! 3 bananas 6 popsicle sticks ½ cup (128g) creamy salted peanut butter dry roasted unsalted peanuts 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips, plus 2 tbsp for the drizzle 2 tbsp (28g) coconut oil candy eyes Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the bananas in half and stick a popsicle stick through the end, then peel. Freeze for 1 hour (this makes them easier to dip). Use a spoon to spread the peanut butter on the banana pops and dip in the roasted peanuts. Freeze while you prepare your chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 20-second intervals in the microwave until smooth. Then transfer to a narrow glass or small mason jar. Dip each banana popsicle into the chocolate, allow the excess chocolate to drip off, and place back on the baking sheet. *If the bananas are not completely frozen, they might slide off the popsicle stick. Use a fork to help lift it out of the chocolate. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp chocolate for 20-seconds in the microwave, or until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag or small plastic bag and snip off a small corner. Drizzle the tops of the bananas and immediately finish with candy eyes (the chocolate sets fast). Freeze again until solid, at least 1 hour. Defrost a bit before enjoying. Makes 6 popsicles. #bananapops #halloweenrecipes #healthydesserts
