1983 and 2016 both very strong El Niños, did produce historic east coast blizzards. I get your point. It won’t be severely cold, but there is a 50/50 chance of a large east coast snowstorm at some point.

Warm in Canada would still be below zero in most of the country. All the warm weather to the west would create more precipitation no? That will produce snow for us. Lots of it I imagine.

I live in Newfoundland and so far it’s been pretty cold and windy plus we’re seeing snow so we’ll see what happens next month hopefully we get less snow this winter since last year it was supposed to be milder than normal
