I did so much for my wife. Paid for multiple medical operations premarriage. Got the exact custom ring she always wanted. Took her on a 2 week trip to Japan to propose. Paid for the entire wedding myself. Fixed up the entire house. Did all the cleaning and outdoor work. Started my own company while still working full time at the other one. Worked 20 hours a day for 9 months straight. Never bought anything for myself. Rarely went out with friends. Took her on at least 2 dates a month. Hardly ever said no to whatever she wanted. When she got a big pay cut between jobs, I asked that she cut back the spending and try to save money with me. She left me a week later and filed for divorce a week after that. Even now, I just can't fathom how she could do thar to me. She's dating someone else 3 weeks after she filed for divorce. We were only married for 10 months.
